What it is

Workforce provision means a team with a leader, not bodies on a site.

We employ the workers and trades directly, form them into crews, and put a foreman at the head of each one. When another contractor or an investor is short of hands, the crew arrives as a unit: organised, supervised, inducted and answerable for its output. The arrangement is set out in a contract that states the works, the supervision and where responsibility sits, in the form Serbian employment and contracting law allows, so nobody stands on your site on an informal footing.

Not promises. Each of these is a person, a document or a report you receive, and can point to if it is missing.

  1. A crew with a foreman

    Each team arrives led by one of our foremen, who takes the day's instruction from your site management and answers for the crew's work.

  2. Qualifications and inductions

    Proof of qualification for each trade that needs one, and a record of the site induction before anyone starts.

  3. A written scope and supervision plan

    What the crew is engaged to do, who supervises, and where responsibility sits, agreed before day one.

  4. Weekly signed timesheets

    Hours and output per crew, signed on both sides every week, so the invoice never surprises.

  5. Equipment and cover

    Our people arrive with protective equipment and hand tools, and covered under our policies for the work they are engaged to do.

  6. A replacement rule

    If a worker is unsuitable or absent, the crew is made whole within an agreed time, and the gap is not charged.

The situations clients ask about before a workforce agreement. Anything else, ask directly.

Ask us

  1. Is this a temporary agency arrangement?

    No. Our people remain our employees, led by our foreman, engaged under a contract for the works in the form the law allows. If a project needs a different arrangement, we say so before anyone starts rather than dressing one thing as another.

  2. Who is responsible for the crew's work?

    We are, for the quality of the work our crew performs to your instruction. Design, materials you supply and site conditions remain yours, and the contract says which is which.

  3. Can we choose specific workers?

    You can ask for people who have worked for you before, and we keep crews together where we can. What we guarantee is the trade grade and the foreman, not an individual.

  4. How fast can a crew be on site?

    It depends on the trade and the season. We give a date when we quote, not before, and a crew that is promised is a crew that arrives.

  5. Do you supply foreign workers?

    Where permits allow and the paperwork is complete, yes. Every person on your site is engaged lawfully, with the documents to show it.

  6. What about tools and plant?

    Hand tools come with the trade. Power tools and small plant are listed in the contract as ours or yours. Large machinery is a separate arrangement, with or without an operator.
