What it is
Half of a programme is deliveries. Procurement is where a programme is kept or lost.
A builder that buys well builds cheaper and on time. We procure materials, tools, machinery and equipment for our own projects at contractor volumes, and put the same buying to work for others: supplying materials and equipment to contractors and investors, importing what the Serbian market does not stock and exporting where there is demand, in each case within the law that applies. We own and lease construction machinery for our sites and hire it, with or without an operator, to third parties where that is permitted.
What you get
Six things you
hold in your hand
Not promises. Each of these is a person, a document or a report you receive, and can point to if it is missing.
A materials schedule
Every item against the programme, with the date it is needed and the lead time it carries.
Quotations with lead times
Price and availability together, because a cheap item that arrives late is not cheap.
Delivery to site, checked
Goods delivered to your site and checked against the order on arrival, with shortfalls chased by us.
Certificates and declarations
The performance declarations and certificates the materials need for the file.
Plant with service records
Machinery hired in working order, serviced, with its records, and an operator where you want one.
One account
A single supplier and a single invoice for what would otherwise be twenty.

Questions
Asked before
signing
The situations clients ask about before a supply or hire agreement. Anything else, ask directly.
Do you sell to private individuals?
Primarily to contractors and investors, in project quantities. Smaller orders are possible by arrangement, and honest advice about whether we are the cheapest route for them comes free.
Can you import a specific product?
Where it is legally permitted and the quantity justifies the logistics, yes. We tell you the landed cost and the lead time before you commit, not after the goods are at the border.
Does machinery come with an operator?
With or without, as you prefer and as the machine and the law allow. Operated hire includes the operator's time and responsibility for the machine.
What warranty applies to materials?
The manufacturer's warranty and the declarations of performance that come with the product, handed over with the delivery documents.
Can you store goods before we need them?
For a period, yes, where we have space and the goods suit it. Long storage is charged, and we tell you the rate before you ask us to hold anything.
Can we buy through you and build with someone else?
Yes. Supply stands on its own. The only thing we ask is a site signatory and dates we can plan deliveries to.
