01

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Avon Urban Development d.o.o Kragujevac, Svetozara Markovića 71/22, 34000 Kragujevac, Serbia. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to info@avonurban.rs.

02

What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on the website, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name if you give one, and what you tell us about your project, such as the type of project, location, stage, size, timing, the service you are interested in, your preferred way of being contacted and your message.

When you write to us by email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.

When you browse the website, our hosting provider automatically processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Google Analytics collects information about how the website is used; the Cookie Policy explains this in detail.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data, such as health information, and we ask you not to send them to us.

03

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a site visit: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and the consent you give in the form.
  • To perform a contract we sign with you and keep the records it requires: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.
  • To run the website securely and remember your language choice: our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website.
  • To understand how visitors use the website so that we can improve it: our legitimate interest, and your consent where the law requires it (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

04

Who we share it with

Your data is seen only by the people in our company who need it to handle your enquiry or project. We share it outside the company only where this is necessary:

  • with service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), email delivery and email hosting, and website analytics (Google);
  • with licensed architects, engineers or installers we engage for your project, only when this is needed to prepare a quote or carry out the work, and with your knowledge;
  • with public authorities, courts or other bodies, when the law requires us to.
05

Transfers outside Serbia

Some of our service providers, such as Vercel and Google, may process data in the European Union or the United States. Where data is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

06

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: for as long as we need to answer and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Data relating to a contract: for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law, for example under accounting and tax regulations.
  • Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
  • The language cookie: 30 days.
07

How we protect it

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries and project data is limited to the people who need it, and our service providers are bound by contract to keep data secure and confidential.

08

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
  • have your data erased where there is no longer a legal ground to keep it;
  • restrict processing in the cases set out by law;
  • receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transferred to another controller;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@avonurban.rs. We will reply within 30 days and may first ask you to confirm your identity.

09

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

10

Children

The website and our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 15.

We may update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of this page.
