Regulated design and installation work is carried out by licensed professionals, as the law requires and as described on the service pages. We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for us. Any figure we give before reviewing the drawings and visiting the site is an estimate, not a fixed price. A contract for works or services exists only once it has been agreed in writing and signed by both parties, and the terms of that contract then apply.

The texts, design, logo and other content on the website belong to Avon Urban Development d.o.o Kragujevac or are used under licence, and are protected by law. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or use its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We take reasonable care to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute will be decided by the competent court in Kragujevac, unless mandatory rules, such as consumer protection law, give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

These terms are published in Serbian, English, German and Chinese. If the versions differ, the Serbian version prevails.
